Healthy Vegan Hazelnut and Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients

3 ripe avocados
⅓ cup raw cacao powder
½ cup maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
½ cup Nourish Wholefoods roasted hazelnuts

STEP 1 Combine all ingredients in a blender until thick and creamy – this will only take 30 seconds – then place in a bowl to set in the fridge.

STEP 2 Roast hazelnuts in a warm frypan until fragrant, then crush lightly.

STEP 3 Spoon mousse into serving plates and sprinkle with roasted hazelnuts.
