Crusty Soup Bowl

Ingredients

2 500g tubs of Relish Foods soup (try Spicy Lentil)
1 Norton Grocer large spelt cob loaf
200g Norton Grocer grated tasty cheese
1 medium serve of Relish Foods baby spinach and roast pumpkin salad

STEP 1 Preheat the oven to 190°C. Cut the top off the cob loaf and pull out the bread inside so there is a thick crust left.

STEP 2 Scatter the cheese on the inside of the cob loaf, ensuring you add some to the rim. Allow to cook in the oven for 10 minutes or until crispy and all the cheese is melted.

STEP 3 Meanwhile, heat the soup in a saucepan over a medium heat until bubbling. To serve, pour the soup into the bread bowl, arrange the salad in a bowl and allow the family to serve themselves from the table.
