Dairy-Free Banana and Raspberry Ice Cream

Ingredients

5 bananas, cut into slices and frozen for 2 hours
1 punnet raspberries
cup dairy-free milk of your choice (ie almond or soy)
1 vanilla bean, seeds only
50g of 70% cacao chocolate, grated

STEP 1 In a blender/food processor combine the bananas, milk and vanilla bean until a creamy puree
is formed. This will take just a minute or even less.

STEP 2 Add the raspberries to the food processor / blender and then pulse until they’re just combined.

STEP 3 Serve straight away with the chocolate grated on top, or if you prefer a thicker ice cream, place back in the freezer for a few hours to set.
